About Maura

Hi there! My name is Maura, and I am a registered nurse based in Philadelphia. I currently work as a pediatric home care RN for a 1-year-old on Mondays, Tuesday and Wednesdays (generally). I would love to find a part-time nanny position or to be a one-time babysitter to make some extra money. I have 8 years of clinical nursing experience, including two years on Labor & Delivery/Postpartum, giving me extensive experience with newborns and infants. I also nannied for a wonderful family for a year, caring for their 1-year-old and 3-year-old. Additionally, I worked as a school nurse in an elementary special education classroom, where I provided compassionate care to children with diverse needs. I am passionate about quality childcare and creating a safe, nurturing environment. My RN background equips me with strong child development and safety skills, making me a great candidate.
