Previously, I was an elementary school teacher, worked in a preschool, and have worked with infants and toddlers for almost 10 years in a church nursery on Sundays. I have my Masters in Social Work, and a BA in History, with a double minor in Education, and Psychology. I have babysat infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary aged children for over 10 years. I am responsible for taking care of their physical needs, including changing diapers, playing with them, as well as preparing snacks and meals. I love to get on the floor and play, as well as take kids to the park. I have taught swimming, tennis, and created arts and crafts with kids I have sat. Also, I have my Infant, Child, and Adult First Aid and CPR certifications, as well as Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certifications. I enjoy working with kids of all ages.

I hired Matthew S. to travel to Disney World with my family and it was the best decision ever made. He is wonderful with children (mine are 1, 3, 7, and 11). After meeting him for a meet and greet, I knew my children would be well cared for and also would have a ton of fun. He is very personable and easy going. He found ways to allow my husband and I time to enjoy some adult Disney time while he took the kids to the parks. I've never experienced more relaxing flights. Matthew entertained the children the entire time at the airport and during the flights. Since arriving back home, my kids have been begging to take another trip with Matthew because they had so much fun. He is now the only person I call for babysitting services!
