About Matthew

I have several years of experience tutoring mathematics at the high school, college, and graduate school level. I have helped students master Algebra, Geometry, Statistics, Calculus, and Microeconomics. My tutoring strategy involves helping students understand concepts at a fundamental level so they have a baseline understanding to rely on rather than focusing on brute force memorization. I have a Bachelor's of Arts in Mathematics from Northwestern University and a Master's of Public Policy from the University of Chicago. I currently work in Data Science at a financial firm.
