Dear Sir , Madam Your Nursing Assistant position demands the skills, abilities and ethics that I have developed during my professional career with different healthcare settings. I am a strong candidate for this position because I am highly skilled in performing all types of patient care activities which include dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, special hygiene, moving patient's to and from bed , wheel chair and assisting in rehabilitative exercise. I am able to take and document vital signs, weights intake and output as delegated per facility protocols.
