About Mary

I'm currently a college student studying speech, language, and hearing sciences. My goal is to become a pediatric speech pathologist. I have been working with kids for the past 5 years, most recently as a substitute special education aide. I also have worked as a swim instructor, math tutor, and camp counselor. I've worked with kids from ages 2 to 16, but I've spent the most time with ages 4 to 10. I am comfortable working with children with special needs. In high school, I also spent over 300 hours in a first and second grade classroom as a student aide through a dual enrollment education class. I am both first aid and CPR certified, and I have a level 1 IVP fingerprint clearance card.
