Hi my name is Mary. I'm positive, reliable, patient, & energetic mother of 2 & grandmother of 5 yr old & 8-month-old. For 10+ years, I worked a daycare center teaching preschool. Recently, I've helped raise my granddaughters! Im looking for a way to earn a little extra money while doing the thing I love. I'm confident, energetic, & fun. I do think kids are kids, but it's up to adults to teach them to respect others, & the world around them. My passion is watching, teaching, & letting kids be kids in this world. . I have had 40+ years of experience caring for children, from infants & teenagers. With me, your children will receive appropriate care, & I'm willing to do additional other tasks if needed. Mary is very friendly, child-centric and experienced. She cared for my 3 month old son while we were at a wedding. He is pretty young and was well cared for, and I could imagine Mary being even better with slightly older children. Thank you for caring for our boy! 

Mary was amazing with our 9 month old son. She watched our son while we were in town a wedding. She communicated leading up to the event. She arrived early which gave us time to get my son acquainted.  She was so good with him. He’s not used to being babysat but he did great with her.  Would definitely recommend and would hire again. 

Mary was great! We had her watch our 1-year old a couple of days in a row while we were on vacation. She took excellent care of him and made sure he got to bed on time. We will hire Mary again when we’re in town and recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy sitter.

Mary was great with our two boys (ages 1 and 3) when we were in Vermont for a weekend wedding. She engaged with them, played with them, and most importantly got both to sleep! We will definitely hire Mary again when we are in the area. 

We love Ms Mary! She is our new consistent nanny for when we are up in Killington. Shes been so great to our daughter and really focused on her. I can really tell how attentive she is to my daughter compared to other Nannies

We hired Mary to take care of our 6 weeks old baby for a weekend. She was so sweet and patient to our baby. She took detailed notes about our preferences and needs so she can follow exactly. Mary is also a great communicator; She offered help all the time when baby was sleeping. We will hire her again. 

Mary was great and is willing to travel which was huge for us! She watched my six month old and my friends seven month old simultaneously at a ski in and ski out. The girls were very clearly in good hands as Mary spent all of her time playing on the floor with them and keeping them safe, happy, and entertained. Mary was trustworthy and kind. We appreciated that she kept little notes about the girls day, when they ate, slept, got changed, etc. She is very thorough and any time she had a question or issue she would let us know. The only issue we encountered was she was nervous to carry the babies up and down the stairs so alternative sleeping arrangements had to be set up. Mary was also very flexible with watching our daughter in the lodge on our last day as we had to be out of our air bnb in the morning and I forgot about that until the day before! Mary was very accommodating about and said "sure no problem!" We will definitely be using her again in the future. 

Mary watched my two young boys while we were at a wedding. My two guys are clingy and aren&#39;t usually watched by babysitters, but Mary made them feel comfortable and did a great job. Would definitely hire her again next time we are in the area!

Mary was excellent at watching our baby and 3 year old, and taking care of a complex evening routine!

We had a wonderful experience with Mary and we will definitely be suggesting her to any friends who will be in the area!! Mary was prompt and very communicative. She updated us regularly on how our son was doing throughout the day and was incredibly flexible when we checked in to see if we could adjust our pick up timing. We are so thankful we found Mary and can’t wait to use her again!

Mary is the real deal! She did a wonderful, wonderful job playing with our two year old and helping her have a magical fun day when we needed the help, even bringing some toys to add to our collection since we were traveling. Mary was communicative, flexible, and on top of everything else, took great pictures of our daughter having a wonderful time. We would not hesitate a second before working with her again. Wonderful experience!

Mary was very pleasant with our daughter. She was on time and stayed late when we asked her too. She did light house work for us, took care of our dog, and followed our instructions perfectly. I would recommend her for babysitting anytime. She is caring, pleasant, very outgoing, and goes up and beyond her duties. We did not ask her to do some of the things around the house but she did anyway and my wife was very pleased and was very relaxed when we came home not having to worry about housework. Our daughter even asked us where Mary was the next day. We asked if she had fun and she said she did. Would hire her again in a heartbeat. 

Mary is one of the most kind, nurturing, and generous individuals I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I grew up with her daughter and she always was such a loving mother and made all of us visiting friends feel right at home! She's fantastic with any child!

Mary was very good with my children if I hadn't of moved away she would still be watching my children.  She watched my children for 5 years since they were babies.

My last babysitter bailed out 2 hours before my husband & I were suppose to be at a function..a friend of mine said she would see if her regular babysitter was available...she is usually on call & sure enough she was...Mary was able to sit with my infant daughter. She was very pleasant...came right over on time, very clean, asked questions before we left, like anything special she liked or that we did to make her happy, etc. It seemed her only concern was to make sure our daughter was well taken care of and that we felt comfortable enough to enjoy our evening. She even asked if she could do any extra light housework to help my wife out being a 1st time mom. I was very impressed. During the night I call to check in & everything was 100% fine. Mary was comfortable with our daughter & had no problems. When we got home our daughter had been fed, bathed, and asleep in her bed for some time. She was perfect. The house looked great and everything was neat and clean. Everything was great!

She has always helped out when I needed help with my daughter....was watching her a couple ontha when my work ran overtime so I couldn't get home in time...she had helped her with home work, supper, house cleaned and ready for bed. They would play games, read books, or do activities around the house. Rarely I would come home finding them watching TV. I really liked that idea that Mary did not use the TV as a way of babysitting. She found other ways to entertain my children and they were very happy. My children are all grown up now but I feel any family would love to have a person like her as part of their family. She does an excellent job and has a great personality.

Mary is kind and extremely caring. She is dependable and always goes the extra mile. She has wonderful energy, loves kids and entertains the children with engaging and physical activities.  I would highly recommend her for any care giving role.

Having worked in the filed for many years, she has had many trainings and hands on learning with children. She cares with a positive attitude and a loving heart, and watches every child as if they were her own. She is very reliable and dependable. She excels at helping each individual child grow each and every day.
