About Mary

I am beginning medical school this coming summer in hopes of being a pediatrician. In my experiences as a camp counselor & middle school tutor, working with children never felt like work. I am an aunt to 10 little ones under the age of 7. I recently brought one of my nephews to bug fest , and had fun holding critters, learning about science, and even eating some culturally diverse bug dishes. I have experience working in emergency departments, including a pediatric ER in which I provided care to sick preemies, newborns, toddlers, and older children. My CPR certification is up to date and well practiced. I am just now finishing my job as an in-school ELA tutor at Culbreth Middle School. I am most comfortable with kids between the ages 6 and 13. I have my own 4-door car, which is regularly inspected and kept in good condition. I am willing to have children in my vehicle. I am starting medical school in the summer of 2024, and would love to take care of your kiddos while you're out!
