About Mary

Hi! I am a third grade teacher, looking for additional childcare jobs! I received my degree in Early Childhood Education Clemson University. I have 12 years of childcare experience with children ages newborn-teenage. I worked as an overnight camp counselor for two summers, keeping a "cabin" of 5-10 campers at a time 24/7! I have experience working with children with disabilities such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have worked with up to 6 children at a time. I am currently CPR certified and have a valid US driver's license. Some activities I provide include: arts & crafts, outdoor play, music & movement, story-time & reading, developmentally-appropriate learning activities, and "field trips" to explore local parks/zoos/playgrounds/pools.
