About Marykate

During the school year I work as a school-based/pediatric occupational therapist (OT). Although I won't be providing OT services this summer, I'm enthusiastic about utilizing my background and expertise in child development to provide competent and nurturing care for your child. I firmly believe in taking a holistic approach to caring for each child. This means supporting their sensory and regulation needs, as well as providing developmentally-appropriate activities tailored to their interests. I have extensive experience working with children with disabilities, including Autism, ADHD, Intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome and more. I am passionate about providing inclusive and accommodating care that celebrate's each child's unique needs and preferences.
