I have 25 years experience in special needs children/adult and elderly care. I am CNA certified. Most recently have worked for Hospice. I provide personal care in accordance with the care plan provided. Cares including but not limited to: Bed bath, tub or shower, check and clean nails, performs skin care, oral hygiene including denture care, dressing, toileting and elimination using toilet, bedside commode, bedpan, urinal, adult brief, Peri care, hair style, foot care, shave, catheter care, feeding, apply lotions, creams, powders, dispense meds as directed, socialization, emotional support, prioritize daily needs. I demonstrate safe techniques in all transfers, positioning and ambulation utilizing hoyer lift, sit to stand, wheelchair, gait belt when transferring.
