Jo is just amazing with our 2 year old son!! He did not want to come home upon pick up. lol She is super friendly, caring, helpful, flexible and loving. She always had different set ups for him upon arrival for him to play with and took him outside to expend energy so he slept well for us. She really is an incredible nanny!!
