About Mary

Hi, I'm Mary! I worked in childcare at a center for over three years and have experience in early childhood education through the CDA program. I was then an aide in a preschool classroom and a substitute for the school district. I find the most joy working with special needs and neurodivergent kids! I had my daughter in the fall of 2024 and am currently a sahm. I would like to watch other children alongside my own toddler. I would be comfortable welcoming kids into my home or going to theirs. I am a big proponent of gentle parenting, allowing natural consequences and encouraging children to explore. Children learn through play and being involved. I have no formal Montessori training but I try to incorporate similar principles and independence in my approach. I love to learn and I love to teach!
