Mary was extremely kind and open to feedback and caring for our family. She was always willing to be flexible with a variety of tasks. That being said, sometimes her judgement about situations put our family members at risk and ultimately she was unwilling to do the things required, such as doctor's notes or other professional appointments, that would offer us the reassurance we needed to keep her employed. She never told us she would not do these things, rather she just disappeared after she got her final pay check and stopped responding to our requests.
