About Mary-Elizabeth

I love working with people of all ages. I spent 2 years caring for my father with advanced Alzheimer's. I helped coordinate his care with our caregivers/nurses and filled in for many care giving shifts. My father sadly passed away in the fall of 2016. I also helped coordinate care for my mother who also suffered from dementia. I helped with meals, meds, personal care and errands before her passing this past fall. I learned a lot from my parents caregivers/nurses as well as my own hands on experience. I am a very patient person and love helping others. I work during the school year as a special education paraprofessional. I am looking for part-time work as a companion/caregiver. I am married with 2 boys ages 14 and 16.
