About Mary

I have over 10 years of experience and excellent references. I've helped to raise 9 children from newborns to school-age and love them as if they were my own. My most recent family I was with for 7 years. I moved to Hilton Head to help out with my own parents and am looking to also begin with a new family (I miss my last family terribly!) I typically start with newborns and grow with the family, but I have in the past started with young children and would be comfortable with older children as well. I am active and love to play sports and games. I'm an excellent driver and I am happy to run errands and manage a household when children are at school. I do believe in a gentler approach to discipline, however I hold respect and manners as absolutely paramount and do not tolerate disrespect. Children that grow up with my loving guidance will be heard and also respected, but they will know that I am in charge. Your children will be safe, engaged, and loved beyond measure.
