As a natural-born nurturer, caring for children comes second nature to me. With 10 years of childcare experience, I have had the privilege of supporting families with children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to connect with children and create a safe, stimulating environment for their growth and development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and strive to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method, whether it be verbal communication at pickup, regular updates via text, or phone calls. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and setting boundaries for children. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for their well-being.
