Mary has been the kindest, most reliable caretaker for our baby from 5 months - 1 year old. The connection formed between them has been incredible. He lights up with joy every time he sees her. To put it simply, our lives got a whole lot easier the day we found her! Mary has done a wonderful job of following our schedule and structure. But, she also has been able to adapt and improvise to our baby's changing needs. She is playful and fun-loving during awake time and peacefully rocks him to sleep for naps. She is extremely dependable, communicative, and passionate about children. We interviewed dozens of candidates before we spoke to Mary and knew it was a done deal! We would recommend Mary to our closest friends without hesitation.
