About Mary

I've been taking care of children for almost 20 years. I have worked with foster children for 7 years and in a headstart for 2 years. I currently work as a paraprofessional in an elementary school and I work with 4th and 5th graders. I'd describe my personality as patient, kind, and friendly. I like working with kids because I like to teach them new things and help them grow into their best selves. I'm looking for a job that I can help the parents with relaxing and not worrying about their children being cared of. Having fun with the kids and being a good influence on them. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I watched two kids for the summer and I had to come up with daily schedules. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my children, play with my cats, read books and watch Disney+. One thing you should know about me is I'm very kind and outgoing. My skills include CPR/first aid trained, fingerprint card clearance, and an outgoing, fun nature.
