Hello! I'm currently based in New Mexico & will soon be relocating to California, so I'm looking for a caregiving position that can start between March & May, ideally for a family with 1 to 4 kids. I've always had a deep love for kids & find joy in being silly, playing, and watching them discover the world around them. I believe in balanced discipline, ensuring children learn respect and good manners, so I may not be the best fit for families who practice extreme gentle parenting without boundaries. There is a gap in my childcare experience to work as a waitress at one point, but I found that caring for kids is what truly gives me passion and purpose. I had a wonderful childhood and always strive to create the same kind of joyful, memorable experiences for the kids I care for. I'm very organized & can help with household tasks like dishes, laundry, & keeping things tidy. Outside of work, I enjoy a peaceful life with my husband and loved ones. Mary has been our full-time nanny for our 2 babies since our youngest was around 6 months old. She is everything we could have hoped for in someone to care for our babies, and then some – she’s honest, trustworthy, reliable, nurturing, kind, fun, resourceful and an amazing communicator. She quickly gave me peace of mind knowing our babies were safe with her. She’s amazing at keeping routines and is great at setting healthy boundaries for the kids in order to keep them safe. She goes above and beyond to ensure the house is even cleaner than it started – no easy feat considering we have a 1 year old and 2 year old! All in all, Mary has become part of our family. As I write this I still haven’t even accepted that we’re moving and won’t get to see her throughout the week. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to hire her, your kids will be safe and cared for!
