About Mary

My name is Mary, I am a 34-year-old woman who lives in the North Loop, my pronouns are she/her. I'm passionate about inclusion in all forms and come from a family of teachers. I have been working with children since I was a child (I grew up in an at-home daycare). Recently, I've relocated to Minneapolis from NYC after spending a decade there. I am now looking for part-time or full-time childcare work. A bit about my history of working with children is the following: I taught at the Southwest SSP Program as a young adult for three consecutive years. I went on to live in NYC and work in fashion, where I owned my own kids clothing brand. Additionally I taught an art program in Brooklyn to middle schoolers for a stint, following from 2017 to 2018 I managed a kids play space, where I facilitated and taught classes for infants thru age 5. I understand that love and respect can look like discipline, while always putting a child's safety first. I'd love to learn more about your family!
