I will be home for summer break May 8th-August 5th, and I am looking for a summer nannying job to fill up my schedule while I am home! This person was to watch two of my children while I was home hosting a pool party with other kids. It was like she had never cared for babies or toddlers before. She let the baby cry on his back while she watched tv. It appeared she had never changed a diaper before. She basically sat the entire time. I told her she could come an hour late and still paid her and I sent her home an hour early. A couple of my friends said they thought she was high the way she was acting. Seriously would never recommend to anyone
