Hi, I'm Martiqua! Caring for children has been my passion for over 20 years. I started babysitting in my teens and loved it so much that I became a full-time nanny nearly 14 years ago. My caregiving style is firm but fun. I believe children thrive with consistent boundaries, lots of love, and encouragement. I'm warm, approachable, and can be whatever a child needs most--a nurturing caregiver, positive mentor, or trusted big sister. I love teaching and enjoy turning everyday games and activities into fun learning experiences. Whether we're reading, creating, exploring outdoors, or using our imaginations, I strive to make each day engaging and educational. The best part of my job is giving parents peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, loved, and receiving exceptional care while having fun and growing every day.
