"NON-JUDGMENTAL PROFESSIONALISM" Straight up; A previous mental health crisis had resulted in an embarrassing chore that I mentally could not handle myself. Martina knew ahead of time that one of the jobs was intense and she did NOT shy away. She kept lines of communication open prior and when she came in and saw what I was asking if her, she absolutely EASED MY EMBARRASSMENT by keeping a PROFESSIONAL facial expression and continued speaking with me as though this "Was normal" somehow.
