I started working with kids when I was 16 I babysat . At 17-19 I worked part time organizing kids trail races and at summer camp with groups of 20 kids from ages around 5-8. When I was 20 my mom had my sister so I started taking care of her too. At 21 I moved to the US to work as an aupair for the past 3 years. One thing you should know about me is im happy to build a relationship not only with your kids but with the parents as well, I love creating true connections besides the nature of this career as I believe we are a team. Im a strong driver and I adapt to situations and different lifestyles/parenting styles while keeping my own personality. My skills include being well organized with my time. Patient, caring and I would call myself creative but Ive worked with kids that definitely outshined me haha! I consider myself a kind person capable of sharing those values with the little ones. Martina has been with us for 3 years - from when our oldest was 6 months old and from the birth of our 2nd! She loves our children and they love her. We have never had to worry if our children are safe or loved in her care which is most important to us. She helps teach/guide them, has fun with them, gets them outdoors, and follows our requests in terms of how we want them to be cared for. She has been such an incredible addition to our family and we will miss her tremendously!
