About Martha

As an empty-nester mom of two grown boys, I have a personal perspective on how important it is to spend time with our loved ones. I know that there are so many caregivers who may need a little time away to refresh and restore, to practice self-care, and to tend to their own needs! I absolutely love visiting with senior citizens, and it would be my privilege to be a periodic companion to your loved one while you take care of other things!
