I highly recommend Martha. She was our daughters nanny from 3months to 1yr and she did an amazing job. Martha takes the job seriously and shares her knowledge and skill in Montessori, healthy nutrition, a balance of active play and quiet time. She is sweet and caring spending time reading, singing, and speaking Spanish with our baby. When our daughter needed light physical therapy (stretching exercises) Martha’s learned with me and took care to make sure our baby stretched regularly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
