I highly recommend Martha. She worked with our son from the age of 6 months until 20 months, and she has truly become part of our family. We only parted ways because he is starting daycare.

Martha is exceptionally reliable and dependable. Her communication is excellent and she is incredibly thoughtful, sending us little updates whenever our son does something new. She is a very conscientious and nurturing person, our little boy has absolutely thrived having her around and gets so excited when she arrives in the morning!

Beyond being a wonderful person to have in our home, Martha is a great cook and helped our son transition to solids as well as getting him walking. She has taught us so much as first time parents. We trust her 110%, are so grateful for everything she has done for our family, and will certainly be staying in touch.

Martha is an exceptional caretaker. She is very reliable. 

We absolutely love Martha, and the way she cares for my toddler with the love of a grandparent or relative. She always makes sure our little one gets plenty of play, structure, exercise, and food. I don’t really have to give her any direction or instruction, she truly seems to love and care for my baby like one of her own. I am so grateful to have her in my child’s life.

Martha is phenomenal and will always have a special place in our family! She is a kind professional filled with love and integrity! During the early part of this year, she cared for our kids exceptionally well by making sure they stayed on schedule for homework/playtime, cooked delicious meals for our whole family, and cleaned up around the house when my wife’s and my work schedules made it tough! We will continue to have Martha help our family while we live in Florida. 

Martha has been phenomenal for us! She came and spent time with our kids but not just caring for them. She play’s with them. Highly recommend her, she’s super sweet and has been a huge help for us, and helping us stay on routine/schedule during the week. We will continue to have her for date nights in the future.  

Martha has been a great caregiver for my 5 month old little boy. I was very nervous to hire someone to care for him but she has been amazing from day one. She pays attention to him, plays and sings with him and is great at putting him down for naps. She has even done bedtime and bath time for us once so far and did wonderful! As a new mom, it's very comforting having Martha care for my baby. I never worry when I have to leave the house for an errand. She's wonderful! I highly recommend!

Martha was the best nanny I could ask for! She was very good with my twins (who are two). She's patient and super sweet with them. She's very punctual! She communicates everything with me and would let me know in advance if she couldn't be available. She cooks and she's very clean. My kids love her. I'm a single mom that can be super nit-picky. Martha was very patient with me, just like she was with my kids. I give her props for putting up with my nonsense. 

I'm military so I don't really have family here in the area. I wish I could afford her as a full time nanny but unfortunately I can't. I do still use her as my emergency contact. I plan to separate and I really wish I can take her back home to MD with me so she can work as my nanny after I transition to the civilian side. Any family will be lucky to have her. 

P.S. I call dibs on her every other Saturday so I can have some me-time.

Martha was attentive and caring towards my little boy. She made food for him when we were stuck in a hotel. She taught him words, singing, and dancing. She is also punctual and always respectful to our family. We will surely miss her.

Martha is wonderful with children! I had worried about switching my baby twins to a new nanny (because we moved) in the middle of their Stranger Danger phase, but they took to Martha immediately, with no tears at all. She keeps them safe, stimulated, and nutritiously fed throughout the day. She clearly cares about their well-being and comfort. It is nice to be able to focus on work when I am at work, because I know my babies are happy at home with Martha!

She is dependable, very caring to all, Spanish and English, great with kids.

Martha is amazing and my son adores her. We would still be employing her if we hadn't had to move away. 

She's a very caring and responsible lady, was a great help for me when my granddaughter came to visit, considering that was a teenager and needed supervision while I was at work.
