Hi, my name is Martha, and I have over 8 years of experience caring for infants and toddlers. I'm passionate about providing a safe, nurturing environment while keeping consistent routines that help children feel secure and supported. I have experience working with children with disabilities and speech delays and enjoy supporting language development through play, reading, and age-appropriate interaction. I take a patient, individualized approach and focus on meeting each child where they are developmentally. I'm known for excellent parent communication and value building strong, trusting relationships with families. While I'm new to Care com, I bring years of hands-on childcare experience, professionalism, and reliability.
