We were incredibly lucky to have Marta babysit for our family for several years. Our kids (starting when they were 1 & 3, until they were 3 & 5) loved her and were always excited when she was coming over. She’s the kind of sitter who knows what questions to ask and comes in already familiar with all the things that matter when caring for babies and young kids — monitors, sound machines, bedtime routines, activities, food preferences, and more. That level of ease and preparedness gave us a lot of confidence. She also handled groups of kids with no problem. On several occasions she watched our kids along with our neighbors’ kids at one house, and everything always went smoothly (and the kids had a blast). We were so sad when she moved away, but we plan to stay in touch whenever she’s back in Colorado or when we visit LA. I can’t recommend her enough to any family looking for friendly, thoughtful, and capable care for their kids.
