Nurturing children comes naturally to me, a passion ignited by years of babysitting and a deep desire to positively impact young lives. I have 16 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My approach is patient, calm, and creative, and I find joy in engaging children with outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am comfortable caring for up to four children and readily enforce household rules. I communicate with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and texts. I have some college education and certifications in CPR and First Aid. I am comfortable with pets and have my own car. I speak English, French, and Spanish. We were incredibly lucky to have Marta babysit for our family for several years. Our kids (starting when they were 1 & 3, until they were 3 & 5) loved her and were always excited when she was coming over. 

She’s the kind of sitter who knows what questions to ask and comes in already familiar with all the things that matter when caring for babies and young kids — monitors, sound machines, bedtime routines, activities, food preferences, and more. That level of ease and preparedness gave us a lot of confidence.

She also handled groups of kids with no problem. On several occasions she watched our kids along with our neighbors’ kids at one house, and everything always went smoothly (and the kids had a blast).

We were so sad when she moved away, but we plan to stay in touch whenever she’s back in Colorado or when we visit LA. I can’t recommend her enough to any family looking for friendly, thoughtful, and capable care for their kids.

Marta has been helping us overnight with our three week old daughter.  She comes 2-3 nights / week from 9-7 and she’s been amazing. Marta has great experience with infants and has many tricks for feeding, burping, soothing, etc. She’s also punctual, kind, and communicative. Highly recommend!

Marta is our Velcro baby's first sitter at 6.5 month old along with a rambunctious 4 year old dog . Marta is a wonderful care taker!  Our kids are 3 and 1 and she has provided childcare for us since our oldest was 6 months old.  She is very reliable, punctual and has great communication skills.  She asks the right questions about schedules, meals, nap times and activities.  When she sits for us she’s always in a good mood, well put together, and excited to be with the kids!

Marta is the consummate professional nanny and babysitter! She sent out her schedule via text regularly a few weeks in advance which honestly helped trigger me to remember to book her for date nights or other events.  She picked up our bedtime routines seamlessly and was so patient and kind and fun with our girls.  As a bonus, she is a native speaker of Spanish, and as we’re raising our girls to be bi/tri/lingual, it helped us that she happily spoke to them in Spanish.

Marta was our Nanny for our son from 6 - 15 months and continued to support our family with babysitting until she moved from Colorado. She was always reliable, timely and flexible. We are two busy working parents and she was always up for helping with additional tasks to help around the house when asked. We always new our son and daughter were in great hands when Marta was taking care of them

Marta was amazing with our two slightly feral kiddos! She brought her sweet dog with her, which helped with the separation anxiety, and was very gracious with our scheduling changes. She’s super sweet and friendly, on time, and a good communicator. Thank you Marta!

Marta was a babysitter and nanny for our baby for 6 months and we absolutely loved her. We moved from Denver to Minneapolis and we were so sad to leave her. She is wonderful with infants and we have a tremendous amount of trust in her!

Marta is an excellent night nanny. She arrived on time, took excellent care of our newborn daughter, and helped around the house. Those first few weeks can be so hard and Marta was such a calming, reliable presence in our house. She also taught us so much about newborn care.

She was wonderful about letting us know when she was available in case we ever needed extra help. It was also such a gift to have our kids practice their Spanish with her.

Marta was a terrific caretaker for our 1 year old kiddo.  She is organized and reliable,  brings a lot of expertise,  and our little guy loved her.   We were very sad when she moved out to the west coast,  and recommend Marta without hesitation 

Marta watched our toddler for about two years for babysitting nights. She was always very responsive prompt and took the best care of him. She cleaned up everything kept the house tidy, and we felt very comfortable every time he was in her care would highly recommend.

Marta was our go-to sitter for the past few years, and we never once had to worry when she was with our kids. She’s warm, reliable, and has a special way of making our children feel happy and cared for,  any family would be so lucky to have her.
