Martha has worked for my mom who has Parkinson's requiring 24/7 care, for over a year and a half now. She is dependable, punctual, hard working, and communicates time off well in advance. Marta is a skilled caregiver who works well independently and as part of the team; she covers other caregivers shifts when needed. She works overnight and is patient with mom when she restless nights or incontinence. She is quiet yet strong and has been a pleasure to work with, and a blessing to the family!
