Marta is wonderful! She is reliable and flexible, but, more importantly, she is great with both of my children, ages 6 years and 20 months. My toddler gets so excited to see her each day, and my daughter, who is in school, is always asking when she will get to spend time with Marta again. Marta really engages with the kids, playing inside and out, reading books, taking walks - never putting him in front of a screen. While my son naps, she takes care of the kids' things - washing clothes or dishes - she is never just sitting - she is always looking for opportunities to be helpful. If my son wasn't starting school, we would not give Marta up!
