I've worked with three wonderful families, caring for children from the newborn stage through the toddler and preschool years. As a mother of four and a grandmother, caring for children has always been a very natural and rewarding part of my life. I have worked in preschools, elementary schools and at the University level. Marci is really good at following directions and schedules and has always been great at putting our baby to bed, even sometimes better than us. One of our favorite things about her is her sense of timely communication. She always communicates days ahead of time if she is sick, or if she can work an extra day, and even things she is noticing about our baby that may be of concern or something new that she did/said. She has plenty of experience and a personality that is so reliable and trustworthy. We trust her with our baby all the time and she was sitting anywhere from 21-30 hours a week. Now that our baby is going to school, we still use Marci for date nights and we never have to worry about anything.
