I am searching for an opportunity for a position in the field of Senior Care. I just recently became a Certified Caregiver with other Florida certifications. Prior to receiving my certifications, I assisted with a senior cancer patient (my mom) which included stomach tube preparing and feeding, peg cleaning, medication monitoring, daily care plan, exercise, household chores and much more prior to her passing 15 months before this I assisted in the Care giving of a stroke patient in a limited capacity (my mother-n-law). I was able to view, and be there as her round-the-clock caregivers took great care of her. She also had a stoma and an ostomy bag. Both have since passed away, but reignited a passion inside me to help those who are unable to help themselves. I now have my Caregiver Certification, Adult/Child/Infant CPR & AED Certification, Basic First Aid Cert, Sexual Harassment and Prevention Cert, Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certification
