I'm a caring and experienced childcare provider with a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and development. My five years of experience have equipped me with the skills to create a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for children. I recently worked for BCPS as a long term teacher of 30 preschoolers. My patient and calm demeanor allows me to effectively manage children's behavior, while my creativity and imagination make learning fun and engaging. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I provide daily written reports and use their preferred communication method to keep them informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining a structured routine. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time, and I speak English. Apart from childcare, I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping.
