About Marlie

I'd describe my personality as gentle, loyal, and loving. I like working with kids because they bring so much joy into my life. It's amazing to see the world through their lens. It reminds me of how simple and joyful life can be when we tap into our childlike nature! I'm looking for a job where I can make an impact on those that I serve in my community. I started working with kids when I was around 15 years old. Then I started babysitting kids from infants to about age 12 between family friends and other jobs I found on my own. My experience ranges across kiddos of all ages. In my spare time, I like to spend time outside by walking or hiking, cook/bake, sing, and read. I am a substitute teacher looking for summer work and will probably be working a few different jobs at the same time, so I will be looking for flexible jobs that can work with each other. My skills include teaching/tutoring, social/emotional skills, and life skills.
