About Marlen

Hello! My name is Marlen and I am 24 years old. My journey with childcare started at 14 when I landed my first temporary after school part time role caring for a 6-month-old and their 4-year-old sibling, working alongside another nanny who's main priority was the 3 older siblings. At 18 I secured my second part time childcare position caring for a 3-year-old and supervising 2 older siblings. Later that same year I landed my current part time position caring for 2 girls which whom I've been with for the last 5 years! As they are now older and my needs are changing, I am looking for a full time position! Over the past 10 years, I've handled everything from managing daily routines, school drop off and pickup to helping with homework and preparing breakfast, snacks, and the occasional dinner. I take pride in being reliable, adaptable, and proactive.
