Beware! I wanted to interview Marlene in person since she is new to this type of work and to see if her personality/abilities fit my needs. After interviewing several others for the same position I choose Marlene, she said she would "love" to work with me and gladly accepted the position. Which is confusing because I have not heard from her since, she has not returned a phone call, text message or direct message on care.com app.
