About Marlena

Hi, I have been working with kids for approximately 12 years of a variety of ages. I have worked with a children's theater company that has taught me creative ways to entertain children as well as teach them how to be responsible and safe. I have worked in daycares where I oversaw creating a daily schedule, make snacks, and teach fun and educational lessons. After working in daycare settings, I have tutored children in their virtual classes. I helped with their attendance, any assistance they needed during class, and used motivational techniques to complete any homework. I have been babysitting and nannied where I was responsible for the well-being of the child daily. I love finding new ways a child can learn and expand their knowledge while still having fun and being safe!
