About Mark

I'm an educator, filmmaker and data scientist. I'd love to take a look at the assignment and see if I'd be a good fit for you and your son. I'm currently finishing my Master of Science in Data Analytics at CUNY SPS. I also teach documentary filmmaking at the Educational Video Center in New York City, where I help students develop ideas, solve problems, and complete long-term projects. I've spent years working with young people in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I'm comfortable helping with homework, study skills, writing assignments, research projects, and general academic support. My background combines creativity with data and analytical thinking. My bachelors degree is centered around inclusivity so I'm very comfortable finding unique ways to help students grasp concepts. I've spent several years as a volunteer basketball and flag football coach, so athletic training and fitness is also something I'm comfortable with doing.
