I have experience providing senior companionship and personal support and understand that every person has unique routines, preferences, and needs. I'm patient, attentive, and take the time to build genuine trust. I can help with companionship, conversation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, organizing daily routines, transportation to appointments or activities, and other non-medical support. I'm also happy to accompany seniors on walks, outings, and social activities. With a background in psychology and coaching, I'm an excellent listener and communicator. I believe seniors deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect while maintaining as much independence as possible.
