I am a teacher specialized in the psychology of human development and a promoter of reading as means of encouraging children to be reflexive, imaginative and self-aware. I believe in the family as cornerstone of a child's development. I'm a native Spanish speaker with over 10 years of teaching experience with kids from 1 to 12 years old, therefore I also offer Spanish lessons and tutoring for said age group. The best time to learn! I love kids and love to take care of them. Covid safe, fully vaccinated, very low exposure.

We have been so, so lucky to have Mari as our nanny for almost two years now! She started working with us when our daughter was basically a newborn, and she was an amazing baby whisperer. Now our daughter is a toddler, and they have developed such a sweet relationship. I work from home, so Mari and I have actually spent a good deal of time together, and she is a lovely person -- smart, compassionate, and easy to be around. She's also very covid-aware and I always felt safe knowing we had really good communication around those important issues. Our daughter will start preschool in the fall, and that's the only reason we're letting her go, but I'm sad our time together is coming to a close! She's been essential to our family through a uniquely challenging time, and she's been amazing. Whoever she works with next will be lucky to have her!
