I am a caring, patient, and responsible professional with experience working with children, including children with autism and other special needs. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with hands-on experience providing individualized support, following behavior plans, teaching daily living and communication skills, and creating a safe and positive environment for children. I understand that every child is unique, and I believe in treating each child with patience, respect, and compassion while encouraging their independence and confidence. I am comfortable supporting children with routines, transitions, activities, meals, play, communication, and daily living skills. Spanish is my native language, and I also speak English. I would be happy to provide a safe, caring, and dependable environment where your child feels comfortable, supported, and valued.
