About Marissa

Hello! My name is Marissa, I use she/her pronouns, and I'm looking to babysit/nanny for this summer/fall. I am CPR certified and have my Wilderness First Responder certification. I graduated UVM in 2021 with a degree in Environmental Science, and since then I've done research for the Washington Observatory, worked on Hut Croo for the AMC for numerous seasons, and just spent a year learning how to bake sourdough breads and pastries here in Burlington! I'm an avid runner/outdoor enthusiast.. I paint, read, sew, bake, etc. in my free time. Some of my favorite memories as a kid were with my nanny. I'm very grateful for all the exploratory outdoor adventures she took my sisters and I on. I'd love to facilitate a similar experience for the children I spend time with.
