About Marissa

Nurturing the growth and well-being of children is my true passion, and I am dedicated to providing families with reliable, high-quality care. With 11 years of experience, I offer a patient and calm presence to children aged newborn through 12. I hold a college degree featuring Early Child Development coursework, which informs my approach to supporting your child's milestones. I am also experienced in providing care for children with special needs. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and maintaining your preferred communication style through regular updates. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life. UPDATE as of 11/1/26: At the moment, I am only available for part time, after hours, occasional/date night, or weekend availability. Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 I am attending SHSU Monday-Thursday. I will not be home until 6 p.m. on those days. Thank you
