About Marissa

I have spent almost my entire life taking care of children. I have worked in a daycare for over 4 years where I earned my CDA, and became an assistant director. I worked with the Child Crisis Center, foster parents, preschools and small childcare centers. I have a 7year-old daughter, 1 1/2-year-old and a 1-month-old baby. I have watched over 75 children whose ages range from newborn to 4 years old. My mom was a foster parent, so I spent my time helping her raise and care for children for a year at a time. I am outgoing and love to be active. I believe kids should be having fun and experiencing the world instead of placing them in front of a TV. I like to do arts and crafts and engage in activities with the children to reach their milestones.
