About Marissa

I'd describe my personality as creative, loyal, and a great listener. I like working with kids because they bring out the joy in the tiniest things. I love to bring out my inner kid when I'm around them. I'm looking for a job that is consistent with a great family dynamic. I'd love a job that I can rely on the family and the family can rely on me with great trust! I started working with kids when I was 16! I was always babysitting my younger cousins and then when I was a sophomore in college, I continued to work for families during the summer and school year watching boys who were between the ages of 4 and 6. I still find myself flying kites and playing with chalk with my little cousins at family events rather than hanging out with the adults! In my spare time, I like to read, sing, workout, take my dog for walks, paint, and draw. I also teach CCD for 1st graders, 2nds graders, 4th graders, and 7th/8th graders! I'm hoping I can be a great fit for you and your family!
