Hi! I'm a college student majoring in the STEM field. I've been caring for children on my own since I was 14 and through my work as a Medical Assistant at a pediatrics doctor's office, I've become comfortable caring for children of all ages, from a few weeks old to teenagers. Additionally, I'm happy to work with sick and special needs children. Extra tasks are no problem in most situations; whether that is meal prep, driving to-and-from activities, or supervising pool time. When caring for kids, I'm the type of person that will help them build a pillow fort to color in- after we finish their homework. I strongly believe in the power of positive reinforcement and I love to teach kids about whatever gets them excited to learn.

Marissa was amazing. We gave her quite a task - 5 kids ages 10months through 11 years - and she handled it with ease. When we came back from a night out, the baby was happily asleep and the kids were so excited about how much fun they had with her. And she did it without any screens because we don’t have any at our vacation house that she came to. Highly recommend her!
