About Marissa

I absolutely love children! When hanging out with them, we might occasionally watch a movie, but I would much rather make art, go outside, or play a game. Bonding with each child is important to me because I want everyone to feel heard, cared for, and to have fun! I'd describe my personality as friendly, happy, and creative. I like working with kids because I love to learn from and about them. I'm looking for a job that works around both of our schedules. I am a college student and have classes in the morning but I am very open to afternoon/evening jobs. I started working with kids when I got my first babysitting job at 11 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, crochet, go outside, play sports, watch movies, and craft. One thing you should know about me is I am the middle child of 6 kids, so I have grown up with children around me my whole life. I know how to connect and take care of all ages. My skills include communication, creativity, and problem solving.
