About Marissa

Hi! I'm a Psychology student-athlete at the University of Texas. I love working with children, & I have worked at a nature-based daycare for the past 3 summers. Child Care: I have 3 summers of experience working at a nature-based daycare, primarily caring for children ages 18m-6 years old, but on occasion I would care for babies ages 6m-17m as well. I am comfortable changing diapers, potty training support, helping with meals, supervising children, and creating a safe and positive environment. Certifications or training: I am CPR certified, First Aid certified, and have a water safety training certificate. Activities I enjoy with children: I love taking children on walks, going to parks, playing outside, doing nature-based activities, arts and crafts, reading, games, and different types of creative and active play. Household Services: Through childcare and everyday responsibilities, I am comfortable helping keep spaces clean, organized, and running smoothly.
