About Marissa

I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development, which led me to become a childcare provider three years ago. I'm a creative and imaginative individual, and I strive to make a positive impact on the lives of the children I care for. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and am happy to help with cooking and meal preparation. I'm also First Aid trained and have a clean driving record. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method. Whether it's through daily reports, phone calls, or text messages, I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day and address any issues that may arise. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, as these activities help develop their problem-solving and social skills.
